Reservations
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available—please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Q: Do you allow same-day bookings or walk-ins?
A: Yes! Walk-ins are welcome, and you can also book online or by phone the same day—based on availability.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Piper’s Inn are 100% non-smoking. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted in rooms. If smoking occurs in the hotel there will be an addition damage fee charged to the guest. Guests may smoke outside in designated areas.
Q: Are pets allowed at Piper’s Inn?
A: Yes, we allow quiet, well-behaved dogs in select rooms for an additional fee. Please call ahead to confirm pet-friendly availability and to review our pet policy.
Q: What is the difference between a service dog and a therapy dog, and what is Piper’s Inn’s policy?
A: A service dog is individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability and is protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service dogs are always welcome at Piper’s Inn and may accompany guests in all areas of the hotel.
A therapy dog, emotional support animal (ESA), or companion animal provides comfort but is not considered a service animal under the ADA. These animals are not automatically allowed unless they meet our pet policy, which includes prior approval, a pet fee, and a designated pet-friendly room.
If you're traveling with a service animal, no additional charges apply—just let us know at booking so we can best accommodate your needs.

Q: Where is Piper’s Inn located?
A: We’re located in Clearbrook, Minnesota, right off Hwy 92 tucked behind our neighbors The Drive Inn.
Q: Is there free parking on site?
A: Yes, we offer free on-site parking for all guests, including space for trailers and trucks.
Q: How far is it to the nearest gas station, restaurant, or grocery store?
A: All are within 5 minutes or less. Clearbrook has a few great local spots.
Policies & Amenities
Q: Do your rooms have kitchenettes?
A: Rooms include mini-fridge, and sink. All rooms come with a coffee maker and basic essentials.There is a microwave available on each floor.
Q: Do you offer daily housekeeping?
A: Housekeeping is provided for stays of 3 nights or more, or upon request for shorter stays. Fresh towels and toiletries are always available—just ask!
Q: Do the rooms have a hair dryer?
A: The rooms do not have a hair dryer but we do have hair dryers available upon request.
Q: Do you offer long-term or extended stay rates?
A: Yes—we welcome longer stays and offer discounted rates for weekly or monthly stays. Call us directly to discuss options.
Q: Do you have an elevator?
A: We do not have an elevator to access the 2nd floor.

Q: Is there breakfast?
A: We do not provide breakfast. There is a vending machine with some snacks and a couple of great local restaurants that offer breakfast.
